QuoteIron ("the service") is a product of 20M HODL LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as QuoteIron ("we"). By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.

What QuoteIron is

Software that helps you build a flat-rate price book and produce estimates and invoices. You set every number. Seeded job templates are starting points, not promises about how long work takes or what it costs — verify them against your own experience before quoting from them. You are responsible for the documents you send your customers and for compliance with your local pricing, licensing, and tax rules.

Not advice

Nothing in the product — including template hours, example prices, and exports labeled for tax preparation — is legal, accounting, or tax advice. Talk to your professional.

Your data

Your business data lives on your device. Back it up; the app gives you one-tap export and reminds you. Until cloud backup ships, a lost or wiped device without a backup file means lost data — we can't recover what we never had.

Billing (when it launches)

Month-to-month or annual, cancel online anytime, effective at period end. No contracts, no cancellation phone calls. Prices are shown on the pricing page; we don't raise your rate without telling you first.

Fair limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Don't use the service unlawfully; we can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
